Bernard de Montréal was the pseudonym of Jean-Paul Boucher, a French Canadian (born Quebec, July 26, 1939, died October 15, 2003). In 1969 he experienced what he later called a ''fusion'' with a systemic intelligence. This being a telepathic mental connection with a light-being located far out in the galaxy. By this communication Bernard described the current and the future psychological condition of Man. For 26 years he wrote and lectured on this and related matters. Having started by concentration on extraterrestrial phenomenon, he went on to explore esoteric subjects, and the decoding of prophecies. In doing so he urged caution, warning about the fabulation and curiosity associated with these subjects.He also gave seminars to small groups, carefully vetted to filter out any individuals who displayed psychological instability which could damage his reputation and that of his body of work. Both his lectures and seminars focused on practical subjects such as couple psychology and the organisation of material life, as well as occult subjects. The latter being related to the internal development of Man, in relation to the invisible worlds.His telepathic communication and studies led to the development of a school of thought called "Evolutionary Psychology".
