There is a typesetting issue with this book for every version that exists on Anna's Archive. The symbol for Cartesian product is missing, and the author indicates in his preface that this is one of the symbols important for the reader to watch for. I am unsure if the issue already exists from the original publisher because I do not own an official copy of the book.
